Guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit Guest Services behind sections 101, 114, 135 and 328. Guests inquiring about items lost at a previous event may contact guest services.

No, guests may not exit and re-enter Snapdragon Stadium.  

Snapdragon Stadium has a total of five main public entrances for ticketed guests. 

• Southeast Gate 
• Quidel (East) Gate 
• Kaiser Permanente (Northeast) Gate 
• Northwest Gate 
• Premium lobby entrance on the west side. *Exclusive to premium ticket holders only.  

Yes, complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to and from any entry gate and ticketed seats for guests who request assistance. Requests for wheelchair escorts can be placed with a Guest Service representative at any entrance gate. Wheelchairs are based on availability and will not remain with guests during the event.  

Snapdragon Stadium is a facility of San Diego State University. There is no smoking of any kind permitted on the SDSU campus. Smoking is prohibited within the stadium gates or stadium property which includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.

Snapdragon Stadium is a clear bag only venue. Guests are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring with them to the Stadium. Only (1) one of the following style and size bag, package, or container per person: 

• Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.  
• Purses, bags, or clutches no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. 

Prohibited bags include but are not limited to large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.  

Bag check lockers will be available for purchase outside the stadium on the east side. 

This policy is not intended to interfere with guests attending with specific medical needs or guests caring for young children. 

Approved Bags

Sealed water bottles (unfrozen) as well as empty refillable water bottles no larger than 32oz are allowed into the stadium. All other bottles, cans, or beverage containers are not allowed into Snapdragon Stadium. Outside food is not permitted.  Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs. 

Yes. Snapdragon Stadium is located a short walk from the Stadium station on the Trolley's Green Line. For additional information about taking the Trolley, please visit the Directions, Parking and Transportation page.

Yes, event parking is available in multiple surface parking lots surrounding Snapdragon Stadium.  However, parking is limited and guests are strongly encouraged to purchase parking in advance of event day, or to plan on taking public transportation.  For parking lot locations and pre-paid parking, visit the Directions, Parking and Transportation page.

Tailgating policies may vary based on event.  Please visit the specific event page for details.  

For SDSU Football events, guests may tailgate in Snapdragon Stadium parking lots on a limited basis. All parking lots on site open 5 hours prior to kickoff.  Guests are required to park in spaces as directed by ACE Parking upon arrival; guests may not reserve additional spaces and must tailgate directly behind their vehicle.  For additional information on tailgating, please visit the Directions, Parking and Transportation page.

Reverse ATMs are available onsite to load cash onto a pre-paid debit card for easy ordering at our cashless concessions and retail locations. Reverse ATMs are located inside the southeast and southwest entries.

Professional photography is not permitted unless approved by the event's specific media relations contact ahead of time.

Snapdragon Stadium is a 35,000-seat multipurpose venue that will serve as the home for San Diego State University football, San Diego Wave (NWSL soccer), San Diego Legion (MLR rugby), major concerts and festivals, professional sports, motorsports, NCAA and world championships, international soccer, high school sports, entertainment events and private special events.

Visit the Snapdragon Stadium Team store or any of the merch booths available throughout the stadium. 

Snapdragon Stadium welcomes fan support including banners and signs. Banners, posters, and signs must be no larger than 24’’ x 36’’. All items are subject to content review – obscene and/or vulgar messages will not be allowed. We ask that guests do not place signs, posters or banners on any railings, seatbacks or obstruct other guests’ view of the field or any in-stadium digital signage.
