Acceptable Forms of ID:

• Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
• Foreign government-issued driver's licenses or identification cards may be accepted ONLY if when accompanied by a color photocopy of the holder's passport. (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license. 

Unacceptable Forms of ID:

• NO Photocopy of any ID (except as noted)
• NO Temporary DMV license without passport or expired license

The Southeast box office will be open on Wednesday and Thursday for will call pick-up from 10AM - 5PM.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, both VIP and GA will call will be available at the Southeast box office during normal festival hours. There will also be an additional VIP will call available on the south side of the venue, closest to the Trolley. 

GA ticket holders must enter through the GA entrance, located on the East Lawns of Snapdragon Stadium.

VIP ticket holders must enter through the VIP entrance, located on the east side of SDSU Mission Valley River Park, near the Trolley.

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, guests who are visibly intoxicated will not be allowed entry into the event.

• Single day lockers are $25, 3-day rentals are $65.
• All locker rentals include exclusive access to our mobile charging packs, which provide unlimited charging during your locker rental period.
• VIP Lockers are located “INSIDE” the VIP area/lounge and can only be accessed with a VIP wristband.
• During each day of your locker rental, you will have unlimited access to your locker during the daily event hours.
• Individual locker dimensions are 11” wide, 13 ½” high, and 18” deep.
• With multiple day locker rentals, you can safely leave your items in your locker overnight at the event venue.
• After completing your online locker reservation, you will receive an email and text message 12 hours before the event providing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination.

RENT A LOCKER

Arrive early to minimize delays! Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase pre-sold parking in advance online or to plan on taking the Trolley.  On-site parking is expected to sell-out.  There is no stadium event parking allowed at Fenton Marketplace. Tailgating is strictly prohibited. 

GA parking is available in the Orange Lot. Accessible parking for ADA guests and those with mobility impairments is available in the Green Lot. 

• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
• Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12." Only clear bags smaller than 12'' x 6'' x 12'' or purses or clutches no larger than 4.5” x 6.5'' are allowed. 
• Drugs or other illegal substances/paraphernalia (including medical marijuana)
• E-liquid or e-juice of any kind 
• Empty plastic/rubber clear water bottles ONLY. No metal bottles will be allowed. No larger than 1L.
• Glow sticks 
• Hydration packs with more than 1 main compartment (must be empty upon entry)
• LED gloves or LED microlights used for light shows
• Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zoom or commercial-use rigs) 
• Smoking materials of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping devices, and any other smoking or nicotine delivery devices. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on event premises. 
• Unsealed over the counter medication
• Unsealed packs of gum, altoids, breath strips
• Unsealed tampons or pads (upon entry)
• Vapor sticks
• Weapons of any kind

Rideshare pick-ups will be in the designated area in the Purple Lot on the northeast side of the stadium.

Wait to put your wristband on until show day. Your wristband locks in place once tightened and cannot be loosened or removed. Putting it on too early can make it impossible to wear comfortably by the time the festival arrives.

If a wristband needs to be replaced because it was tightened, lost, or damaged before entry, a $25 replacement fee will be applied.
